"Art Residence" is one of the leading developers in Armenia. It was established in 2020 under the name "Art Group." We specialize in designing and constructing residential and social development projects - from conception to execution and sale. To date, we have completed projects totaling over 150,000 square meters. Our work is based on modern construction management principles. We plan, coordinate, and monitor the entire project process, ensuring high quality, a transparent process, as well as adherence to budget and deadlines.
